Margarita Polonik, President of the Association, held an open lecture on cultural and gastronomic tourism at the Russian State University of Culture and Technology

On November 7, the President of the Association of Cultural-Gastronomic Tourism Margarita Polonik held an open lecture for students of the Russian State University of Tourism and Service (RSUTIS) at the invitation of the university rector Alexander Fedulin.

As was noted in the invitation, cultural and gastronomic tourism is a popular trend in the global tourism industry, and the work of the Association contributes to the promotion and development of gastro tourism in Russia.

Margarita Polonik’s open lecture aroused great interest among the students of the Russian State University of Arts and Industry: the hall could not even accommodate everyone. In addition to the peculiarities of gastrotourism in Russia and world practices, Margarita Polonik also told students about job prospects after graduating from university, in particular, in the leading gastronomic tour operator Travel Hunter, which is a member of the Association of Cultural and Gastronomic Tourism.
